Instructions
Wash the cabbage, carrot, and peppers thoroughly. Thinly shred the cabbage and grate the carrot. Place the cabbage, carrot, onion, peppers, and garlic in a bowl. Add the salt and sugar, then mix everything well. Pour the vinegar over the mixture until the vegetables are well covered. Transfer the pikliz to a jar and let it sit for at least 24 hours so the flavors can develop.
